The Format
The Advisor Library examines how the industry's leaders are shaped.
Each conversation centers on the books and ideas that most influenced how our guests think, decide, and build. We look at where those ideas came from, why they mattered, and how they've shaped the way they run their firms: the decisions they make, the culture they build, the strategy they pursue. The goal isn't to summarize books. It's to understand how the right ideas, at the right time, end up changing the way a firm operates.
